Can I have custom designs?

We are unable to add custom designs to the products displayed on the website. However, your account manager alan@goswag.com will be able to help as a separate order.

What are the lead times?

If you are ordering from the product collection that is in stock, we aim to have this with you within 5 working days.

If you are ordering from the Pre-Order collection, we aim to have the products to you within 3-4 weeks.

What is the process for payment?

All payments are processed with invoices. Your account manager alan@goswag.com will send the relevant invoice for payment after the order has been submitted and processed.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. Your account manager alan@goswag.com will advise on the overall shipping costs.

How to use this Store

Order placed on the emagine store are to be covered by local budgets and not from the central marketing budget. Please ensure you get approval on costs before ordering from the store.
